When you step into the home, you will notice it feels bright and comfortable. The living room is large and the sliding glass door gives the room considerable natural light. Through the sliding door is the patio, a great place for your outdoor furniture and grill. It’s nice to be able to expand your living space to the outdoors!

The living room transitions nicely to the eat-in dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a good amount of counter space, including a raised bar for the dining area. You can place a few stools under to add seating as well.

There is a powder room off the kitchen next to the door to the garage. Take the stairs between the powder room and living room to see what’s on the second level!

When you reach the landing, notice how open the space feels. The loft area to your right is the perfect place to have a home office, workout area, or even a second living room.

Your owner’s suite is to your left. Quite large, there is room for a Cal King bed plus dressers, entertainment center, or perhaps an antique vanity? (I’m a sucker for those!) The bathroom comes with a soaking tub and separate shower, plus dual sinks and a large closet.

In between the owner’s suite and loft area are the second bedroom, full guest bath, and the laundry room. Plenty of utility in a neat and tidy package!
