While most of my referrals come from past and current clients, I also get leads from people I’ve met through networking situations, and people I know through social or business dealings. A referral-based business like mine is a business that generates most of its leads as a result of contacts provided by friends, family, clients, colleagues, and other associates.
It’s not difficult for me to discuss real estate in just about any situation because I am passionate about my chosen career. It’s that passion that seems to naturally build my customer base.
