NEWCASTLE

South of Auburn is, Newcastle, a quaint town once known for its orchards. The sheds used for packing are now occupied by local artists and restaurants. Rather than typical subdivisions, you will find Newcastle is comprised of quaint, vintage homes giving it that small town feel.

PENRYN

In Penryn, just a bit further south, most homes sit on spacious parcels, about 1-5 acres. The perfect place if you’d like to have animals-horses, goats, chickens, etc. Mandarin orange groves scatter across the hills. An ideal place for great off-road biking amidst the foothills.
